I am creating a design with a Vulcan Heavy Duty Electric Griddle.  It is a model number HEG48E.  The oddball thing about this piece of equipment is that it connects 10.8KW from phase A to B, 5.4KW from B to C, and 5.4KW from C to A.  The equipment voltage is 208 3 phase four wire.  How do I model this under the equipment tab?

You have to model this as two pieces of equipment. A three phase connection at 16.2 kW, then a single phase connection at 5.4 kW. Connect the three phase connection to the circuit, then use the "Circuit to Phase" button to connect the single phase connection to phase A.
