Connecting two diffusers?

Is it possible to connect two 24x24 diffusers next to each into in duct design master?

I think so, though I am a little unclear what you are trying to do. How is this situation different from just a standard connection of a diffuser to a duct?

Well I guess I'm wanting to know if its possible to have 2- return registers connected by a single duct branch back to the main run?

Yes, you should be able to do that. If you sent us a project, I could offer a little more specific suggestions about how to achieve what you want. There are a few different options depending upon how you want everything connected.
